 Sub: School Education-Private Un-Aided Schools managements conducting Annual Examinations to promote the students to next classes-Certain- Instructions-Issued-Regarding

        In the reference 1st read above Summative Assessment -II Examinations
for the classes VI to IX were cancelled due to the State of Andhra Pradesh is
under lock down up to 14.04.2020 to counter the spread of novel corona virus
(COVID-19) and also declared the students of Classes VI to IX “ALL PASS”. But it has
came to the notice of the under signed that the some of the managements of
Private Un-Aided Schools have been conducting Annual Examinations through on –
line to promote the students to the next classes. 

         Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District
Educational Officers in the State are directed to ensure that no private Un-Aided
School managements shall conduct annual examinations to promote the students to
the next classes
and also directed to take stringent action against the
managements who are conducting annual examinations and submit
compliance.
