The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state is invited
to the references read above and informed that the list of candidates, who
came under zone of selection in DSC 2008 in common merit list of
consideration, was submitted by Mails. On consolidating the common
merit list it is observed that total (4,657) candidates, including (4,579)
B.Ed and (78) D.Ed Candidates, are the affected candidates because of
making selection list based on application of 100% common merit list
(inclusive of both D.Ed and B.Ed candidates). The district-wise details of

the candidates affected owing to the above selection procedure (total
4,657) are as follows:
2.Further, as sought by Government vide memo 15 read above a
detailed report was submitted for engaging those (4,657) candidates as
Secondary Grade Teachers on contractual basis with minimum basic pay
of SGT of Rs.21,230/- and to continue in service till attaining of retirement
age subject to NCTE condition that the candidates so appointed as
teachers shall mandatorily undergo a 6 months Bridge Course in
Elementary Education recognized by the NCTE within a period of 2 years
from the date of appointment as the primary teacher.
3. Now, in the memo 18 read above, the Government has directed for
furnishing a quick estimation of the number of those (4,657) DSC-2008
candidates, available as on today and willing to get absorbed as SGT on
contractual basis with the minimum time scale of Rs.21,230/- .
4. While communicating the list of candidates, who come under zone
of selection in DSC 2008 in case of consideration of common merit list, all
the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to obtain the
willingness of the candidates to work on contractual basis with minimum
time scale of Rs.21,230/- and continue in service till retirement. The
willingness of the candidates shall be obtained through online in view of
Covid-19 restrictions.
5. They are, further, requested furnish the detailed list of the
candidates, given willingness to work on contractual basis, by Mail /
Google forms trc.cse@apschooledu.in on or before 18.05.2020
