Hon’ble Principal Secretary, School Education instructed to adopt one school by each of the functionary like PO-ITDAs, Executive Engineers, Deputy Executive Engineers, Assistant
Engineers, DyEOs, MEOs, Sectoral Officers of Samagra Siksha, apart from Demo schools
allotted to RJDSEs, DEOs, APCs earlier.
Please advise them to select such a school where maximum components (among 8) are
covered.
The purpose of adoption of school is to focus one school by the functionary to involve
more in that school so that the process is learnt thoroughly which will be helplul to replicate in
their jurisdiction.
The provision to tag the schools against the functionary adopted is given in STMS
Please collect the information and filI in STMS on or before 18-05-2020.
