MHA issues new Guidelines Phased re-opening of all activities outside
Containment Zones (Unlock 1)
కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం లాక్ డౌన్ను జూన్ 30 వరకూ పొడిగించింది. అయితే, దీన్ని కంటైన్మెంట్ జోన్లకే పరిమితం చేసింది. ఈ లాక్ డౌన్ 5లలో భాగంగా భారీగా సడలింపులను ప్రకటించారు. జూన్ నెలకు సంబంధించి ఈ మార్గదర్శకాలను శనివారం విడుదల చేశారు. దేశంలోని కంటైన్మెంట్ జోన్లు కాకుండా మిగిలిన ప్రాంతాల్లో అన్ని కార్యకలాపాలకు కేంద్రం అనుమతించింది. ఈ మేరకు దశల వారీగా లాక్ డౌన్ నిబంధనలను సడలించనున్నారు. కేంద్ర హోంమంత్రిత్వశాఖ శనివారం సాయంత్రం కొత్త మార్గదర్శకాలను విడుదల చేసింది. ఈ నిబంధనలు జూన్ 1 నుంచి అమల్లోకి రానున్నట్లు పేర్కొంది. అంతేకాక, జూన్ 30 వరకూ ఇవి వర్తించనున్నట్లు తెలిపింది. ప్రస్తుత దశను అన్లాక్ 1గా పేర్కొంటూ ఆర్థిక వృద్ధికి దోహదం చేసే కార్యకలాపాలపై తొలుత దృష్టిసారించారు.

ప్రస్తుతం అమలులో ఉన్న లాక్ డౌన్ 4 మే 31తో ముగియనున్న సంగతి తెలిసిందే. కరోనా వైరస్ ప్రభావం దేశంలో ఇంకా తీవ్ర స్థాయిలోనే ఉన్న వేళ జూన్ నెల మొత్తానికి కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం కొత్త మార్గదర్శకాలను విడుదల చేసింది. కరోనా వైరస్ను తరిమికొట్టాలనే ప్రయత్నంలో భాగంగా దేశంలో లాక్ డౌన్ను విధించి దాదాపు 65 రోజులు గడుస్తోంది. లాక్ డౌన్ 1 మార్చి 25న ప్రారంభమై 21 రోజుల పాటు కొనసాగింది. గడువు ముగిశాక లాక్ డౌన్ 2ను ఏప్రిల్ 15 నుంచి మే 3 వరకూ విధించారు. ఈ సమయంలో అత్యవసర సేవలు మినహా కఠినంగా లాక్ డౌన్ నిబంధనలు రూపొందించారు.
మే 4 నుంచి మొదలైన లాక్ డౌన్ 3.. 14 రోజులపాటు కొనసాగి మే 17న ముగియగా.. వెంటనే మే నెలాఖరు వరకూ లాక్ డౌన్ 4ను విధించారు. ఈ సమయంలో దశలవారీగా కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం కొన్ని సడలింపులను ప్రకటించింది. లాక్ డౌన్ 3, 4లో గ్రీన్, ఆరెంజ్, రెడ్ జోన్ల వారీగా కొన్ని సడలింపులు ఇచ్చారు. తాజాగా లాక్ డౌన్ 5లో కంటైన్మెంట్ జోన్లు మినహా మిగతా అన్ని చోట్ల ఎక్కువ కార్యకలాపాలకు అనుమతులిచ్చారు.

Salient features of the new guidelines :

restaurants and other hospitality services; and shopping malls; will be

In Phase II, schools, colleges, educational/ training/ coaching
institutions etc., will be opened after consultations with States and UTs.

feedback, a decision on the re-opening of these institutions will be taken in

• Night Curfew shall continue to remain in force, on the movement of

Use of Aarogya Setu
• The Aarogya Setu mobile application is a powerful tool built by Government
of India to facilitate quick identification of persons infected by COVID-19,
or at risk of being infected, thus acting as a shield for individuals and the
community. With a view to ensure safety, various authorities are advised to
encourage the use of the application.
