The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to

It is brought to the notice of the Commissioner of School Education that some
of the teachers are not attending the duties in Schools regularly and also absent to
duties unauthorizedly for longer periods without applying any leave.

Further, the Government vide G.O.Ms.No.127 General Admn (Services C)
Dept dated 5.09.2017 have issued amendment to APCS (CC&A) Rules, 1991, Rule 9
as follows:-

“After Clause (ix) of Rule 9 of said rules the following shall be
incorporated; Provided that a Government Servant shall be deemed to have been
removed from service,

In view of the above, all the District Educational Officers in the State are
