The Attention of all the District Educational Officers & Ex-officio Project
Coordinators and Additional project Coordinators, of Samagra Shiksha, are invited
to the ref cited and it is informed that due to spread of COVID-19 pandemic
unprecedented situation mandated school closures; to mitigate the loss of learning,
education is now increasingly resourced with digital devices.
Further, it is informed that DIKSHA (Digital Infrastructure for
Knowledge sharing) is a platform given to states by MHRD GOI, now DIKSHA is with
a tag line of One Nation and One platform, Andhra Pradesh is one of the leading
states, excelling in e-content development and consumption in DIKSHA.
In this connection, the state Project Director Samagra Siksha and
administrator of DIKSHA Andhra Pradesh constituted teams for Pooling, Curating,
and Upload of content.
The teachers who are in the selected group need to analyze the content in
DIKSHA, have to find out the gaps and need to create the e-Content with the help
of other groups in your subject.
The State DIKSHA team will facilitate teams with Cisco Webex meetings on
e-Content creation, coordinating with other group members, credentials, and
workspace in DIKSHA. An online application will also be given for monitoring this
work.
Hence All the District Educational Officers, Ex officio project directors of
Samagra Siksha, and Additional project Directors in the state are instructed to
inform the teachers in the annexure to complete the work and monitor the tasks
time to time.
