ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above, under Samagra Shiksha an amount of
Rs.50,84,350/- (Rs.Fifty lakhs Eighty Four thousand Three hundred and fifty
only) was provided for issue of teachers’ ID cards with photo @ Rs.50/- per
teacher to 1,01,687 Teachers working in the Elementary Schools in the State in
order to ensure quality of education, it is essential that newly appointed
teachers are present in the schools. The ID Cards must have the details such
as photograph & name of the teacher along with name of the School with
U-DISE Code, Full Address of the school with Block, Village, District, and
Designation etc. PGI indicator will be amended to replace teachers’ photos
with ID cards for teachers. These should be carried by all teachers in the
schools.
