The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state is
invited to the references read above and they are informed that as of now
appointment orders to the post of SGT (Tel) were issued and 5th list is
under process. Regarding meritorious sport points to the posts of SGT (Tel)
were not taken up as there is a separate process being followed as per the
G.O. in the reference 5th read above in this regard.
In this connection, it is informed that as verified from the notification,
52 meritorious sports points were notified to the posts of SGT (Tel) in
DSC-2018 in different managements. The details are as follows.
Verify their sports certificate and backup certificate along with
respective annexure-III forms as per G.O.Ms.No.74, YAT&C (Sports)
Department, Dated:09-08-2012 with the help of District Level Sports
Authority officers and reject if any found to be not correct as per
G.O.Ms.No.74, YAT&C (Sports) Department, Dated:09-08-2012 and remaining
certificates to be submitted to the Director of School Education, A.P.,
Ibrahimpatnam, Amaravathi for issue of final merit list of the sports
certificates duly conducting grievances/ Objections from the candidates and
rectify the same duly forwarding to the District Sports Authority concerned
to avoid legal complications in the recruitment of DSC-2018.

In this regard, the all the District Educational Officers in the state are
requested to take necessary action in the above schedule and furnish the
final priority list with the xerox copies of certificates as prescribed in
G.O.Ms.No.74, YAT&C (Sports) Department, Dated:09-08-2012 duly deputing
the special messenger to this office and upload the genuineness certificates
in the provided weblink by this office.
