While enclosing herewith the copy of the reference cited all the
RJDSEs and DEOs in the State are informed that the Government have
decided to celebrate Minorities Welfare Day as State Function on the
occasion of the Birth Anniversary of Janab Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad as
State Function which falls on 11.11.2020 (Wednesday) in this year.
Further requested to celebrate Minorities welfare Day falls on
11.11.2020 (Wednesday) as State Function in a befitting manner by
meeting the expenditure from Minorities welfare Department/District
Collector concerned under relevant budget provision and duly following
guidelines issued for containment, control and prevention of Covid-19.
Hence all the RJDSEs and DEOs in the State requested to take
necessary action accordingly.
