reporting student attendance everyday Schools not reported students
attendance in the app Certain instructions issued to capture students
attendance in App everyday Request Regarding.
Kind attention is invited to the reference cited,
I wish to inform that, certain instructions were issued to the field level functionaries (Dy.EOs, MEOs, etc.) that, all Head masters/principals and teachers of all schools under all managements i.e. Government, Aided and Private Un-Aided shall download and install the STUDENTS ATTENDANCE mobile application (available in google play store) and capture the student attendance everyday duly following the prescribed procedure/steps and the same has been monitored. If any deviation observed in the above instructions will be viewed seriously and action will be necessary initiated against the schools as per the rules in force.
Further, as seen from the online report from 13t Nov, 2020 observed onwards, it is that, large no.of

schools of various managements i.e., Govt., ZP, Aided, and Private Unaided are dis-obeying and not following the instructions issued by the
marking their students Government/School Education Department and not attendance in the STUDENTS application (Govt., Aided and ATTENDANCE mobile Private Unaided) even though repeated instructions issued from the RJDSEs, DEOs and other concerned officials. This type of careless attitude from the schools especially private schools which are highly objectionable.
In view of the above, I request you to issue necessary instructions to the
concerned Head masters/principals and teachers of all schools under your
respective managements schools to capture the student attendance in mobile app
everyday without fail. The District Nodal Officer for eHazar shall monitor the schools
marked/unmarked attendance daily and co-ordinate with the PMU Cell, O/o.DSE.
