All the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to
issue instructions to the teachers who have availed spouse points that
they have to opt the places of the Schools which are nearer to their
Spouse working place but not to the schools located in higher HRA
places far away from their spouse working place during teacher transfers,
2020 and if any complaint received in this regard action will be initiated
against the said teacher as per rules.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the state are
requested to take necessary action accordingly.
