guidelines for utilization – Issued.

All the District Educational Officers in the State are aware that it was
proposed to conduct the Summative Assessment 2 examinations to the
students of Classes 6th to 9th in the month of March/April 2020 during the
academic year 2019-20. Accordingly, soft copies of the questions papers
were given to the DCEBs for onward printing and supply of the question
papers to the Districts.
As the Government strengthened the surveillance for containment,
control and prevention of COVID-19, the said examinations were cancelled
and declared that all students were passed.
The District Educational Officers in the state have reported that the
question papers were printed and kept with the printers for onward orders
for supply of the question papers to the Districts and requested for
guidelines for utilization of the question papers.
In view of the above, all the District Educational Officers in the State
are here by permitted to utilize the said printed question papers as
practice papers/ future reference.
This has the approval of the Director, School Education, Andhra
Pradesh.
