The attention of the District Educational Officers, Ananthapuramu
and Kadapa are invited to the references cited and they are informed that
the following clarifications are issued:
Description: Sri.A.Mahamed Subhan, SA(PS),
ZPHS, Kandukur stated that he was
taken treatment for neuro till to
date and submitted certificate
issued by the medical board for
consider him in preferential
category and allot points and also
stated that the DEO has not
considered his case for allotting of
preferential category.
Now requested to consider him in
preferential category as he
produced certificate issued by the
medical board.

Description: Smt.Nusrat Jaha, SGT, MPPS,
Ittukalapalli (V) stated that she
suffered with L4-L5 canal stenosis
from 2009 and underwent neuro
surgery on 22.09.2017 with MIS RT
L4-L5 MetRX 22mm and also stated
that from the date of surgery his
health condition is not good and he
was unable to go through bus to
the duty.Now requested to consider her in
preferential category as he
underwent neuro surgery MIS RT
L4-L5 MetRX 22mm.

secured higher percentage of
disability in Sadarem certificates
i.e., more than 70% but got less
percentage at present can be
considered under preferential
category or not.
Clarification: Take the present/
recent % of
disability as per
report of Medical
Board.
Description: The request of the teachers who
selected under PH category that
was entered in the Service Register
at the time of their appointment
but got less percentage in the
present can be considered under
preferential category or not
Clarification: Follow the
percentage for
awarding points /
preferential category.
Description: The request of the teachers who
are furnished District Medical
Board certificate (Not Sadarem
certificate) and not selected under
PH category, but got less
percentage issued by the District
Medical Board can be considered
under preferential category or not
Clarification: Follow the
percentage for
awarding points /
preferential category
as per the guidelines
issued in G.O.Ms.
No.54 dated 12-10-
2020.
