ORDER:
The attention of the District Educational Officers in the State is
invited to the references cited, wherein they were requested to issue
instructions to the Headmasters, to enroll the data of children enrolled
during 2020-21 in Child info by 7:00am on 04-11-2020.
Some of the public representatives / Headmasters of Schools have
submitted representations for extension of time for uploading the change
of medium data in Child Info stating that the data could not be uploaded
due to technical problem.
The issue was examined in detail and observed that there is no
technical problem. Further, the data pertaining to change of medium for
around 3 lakh children could be done in time. The issue in this specific
cases for not updating the data in time has to be ascertained. Hence it is
decided to conduct a detailed enquiry into the cases represented to this
office.
Therefore, the District Educational Officers, Srikakulam, West
Godavari, Krishna, Prakasam, Chittoor and Ananthapuramu are requested
to take up a detailed enquiry into the cases wherever the change of
medium was not uploaded in the child info. The enquiry teams should visit
the schools and inspect whether there are valid representations from the
parents for change of medium and whether the children are aware about
the change of medium proposed in the child info.
The teams shall be the concerned DyEO and a senior headmaster
from nearby high school in case of high schools and MEO and a senior
headmaster of a primary school in case of primary schools
In view of the above, the District Educational Officers, Srikakulam,
West Godavari, Krishna, Prakasam, Chittoor and Ananthapuramu are
requested to act accordingly and submit discrete enquiry report for taking
further necessary action in the matter.
