NMMS & NTSE Examinations 2020 – certain guidelines for Nominal Rolls

 –  Communication   of certain guidelines 
for  Nominal Rolls  and   approve  at 
DEO  Link  –  Prepare constitution   of
examination   centers  –  Req  –  Reg.

With   reference   to  the 
 subject  cited,   I am   to 
inform  you   that    the   last
date  for uploading  the  applications   of NTSE
and   NNMS 2020   is  20-01-2021.
As far  as  NTSE is  concerned,   the 
following special  precautions   have   to be 
taken   while   receiving the  Nominal Rolls.
  1. No need   of challan  receipt  for  fee 
    payment   as  payment   is  being
    made   through  CFMS.
  2. Transaction   ID  shall   be 
    printed   on  the   NR  and 
     the   payment   of fee  can 
     be  confirmed  through  the 
    transactions    ID.
  3. Nominal  Rolls   approval  procedure 
     has   to  be  completed  without
    any  delay.
As  far  as   NMMS is  concerned, 
 the   following special  precautions   
have to be  taken   while  receiving 
the  Nominal Rolls.

  1. The    SBI   Collect   Receipt 
     shall    be   verified 
     thoroughly    before approving  candidates 
     in  DEO  login.
  2. Amount  printed   on  SBI  Collect
    Receipt  shall   be  tallied  with 
     the     amount  printed  on  Nominal Roll.
I   also     request    you 
   to    submit    the   
proposal    for    constitution   
 of examination   centers   for 
both   NTSE and   NMMS examinations 
 based    on  the students   count. 
 The   DEO   login 
 credentials   have   already 
 been    sent   to  the DEO 
mail.   The  following guidelines  have  to
be  followed scrupulously.

  1. Constitute   only  Government  Schools 
    as  examination   centers  for NTS 
       Examination      to   
     avoid    criticism     and 
        ensure     more transparency 
     in  conduct  of examination.
  2.  Examination      centers   
     for     NMMS   Examination 
        shall      be constituted 
     in  the  Revenue Divisional Head 
     Quarters
  3. Attached  schools  to  the  examination 
     centers  have   to  mention  as
    in  the  case   of SSC  (EZ model) to
    know the  exact   allotment.
In       view    of 
 the    above,   I 
 request    you    to   
send     the    proposal    of
constitution   of examination   centers 
for  both   NTSE and   NMMS
separately  by mail  on  or before 21-01-2021.
