As far as NTSE is concerned, the
following special precautions have to be
taken while receiving the Nominal Rolls.

No need of challan receipt for fee
payment as payment is being
made through CFMS. -
Transaction ID shall be
printed on the NR and
the payment of fee can
be confirmed through the
transactions ID. -
Nominal Rolls approval procedure
has to be completed without
any delay.
As far as NMMS is concerned,

The SBI Collect Receipt
shall be verified
thoroughly before approving candidates
in DEO login. -
Amount printed on SBI Collect
Receipt shall be tallied with
the amount printed on Nominal Roll.
I also request you
to submit the
proposal for constitution
of examination centers for
both NTSE and NMMS examinations
based on the students count.
The DEO login
credentials have already
been sent to the DEO

Constitute only Government Schools
as examination centers for NTS
Examination to
avoid criticism and
ensure more transparency
in conduct of examination. -
Examination centers
for NMMS Examination
shall be constituted
in the Revenue Divisional Head
Quarters -
Attached schools to the examination
centers have to mention as
in the case of SSC (EZ model) to
know the exact allotment.
