ORDER:
The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District
Educational Officers in the State are invited to the reference 1st cited in which
orders were issued to relieve the teachers from respective schools in obedience
to the orders passed by the Hon’ble High court dated 5.2.2021 in WP.No.23885
of 2020 and batch
2. That vide ref no.2 cited Election Commission of India issued notification
for the Biennial election to the Legislative Councils of Andhra Pradesh from
Graduates’ and Teachers’ Constituencies and vide reference 3rd cited, State
Election Commission issued Municipal Corporations/ Municipalities Election
notification
3. Hence, in view of the above the Regional Joint Directors of School
Education and District Educational Officers informed that orders issued by this
Office in the reference 1stcited shall come into effect forthwith after completion of
the elections for Municipal Corporations/Municipalities and also for the Biennial
election to the Legislative Councils of Andhra Pradesh from Graduates’ and
Teachers’ Constituencies and after the Model Code of Conduct for both the
elections ceases to be in force
