– Suspended Nine teachers has been posted in same places – Certain
Instructions – Issued – Reg.
The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State are
invited to the recent suspensions ordered by them in case of teachers on
the allegations that have misused the spouse points in the recent
transfers and they are informed that placing the teachers on suspension on
the grounds that they have misused the spouse points is not a desirable
option as such measure leads to interruption in the class room
activity.
However the District Educational Officers may
initiate disciplinary proceedings against such teachers wherever there is a prima facie evidence and if proved,
appropriate punishment may be imposed on them as per A.P C.S (CCA)
Rules, 1991 duly following the procedure.
