School Education – Certain court cases filed in the Hon’ble High
Court of Andhra Pradesh with regard to different issues during the
Teachers Transfers, 2020 –Election notification for Mpl
Corporation/Municipalities was issued by the State Election
Commission–Instructions to implement the instructions issued by
this Office to relieve the teachers as per orders of the Hon’ble High
Court of AP after completion of MCC-Regarding

ORDER:
The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State are
invited to the reference 1st cited, wherein instructions have been issued
on F.N of 15-02-2021, to relieve the teachers covered in WPs in which
Hon’ble High Court of A.P passed dismissal orders on 5-02-2021. On 15-
02-2021, the State Election Commission issued election notification to
Municipal Corporations/Municipalities in the state vide reference 2nd cited
and MCC comes in force.
Hence, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and
District Educational Officers in the State are requested to implement the
orders issued by this Office in the reference 1st cited after completion of
MCC.
This has got the approval of the Director of School Education, A.P.,
Amaravati.
