ముఖ్య గమనిక :State Project Director, Samagra Siksha, Amaravathi వారి ఆదేశాల మేరకు జిల్లాలోని ఉప విద్యాశాఖాధికారులకు, మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారులకు, ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులకు, మరియు ఉపాధ్యాయులకు తెలియజేయునది, we love reading కార్యక్రమంలో భాగంగా 3వ తరగతి నుండి 8 వ తరగతి వరకు తేది.15/3/2021 నుండి 16/3/2021 వరకు ప్రొసీడింగ్స్ లో సూచించిన విధంగా ఇవ్వబడిన క్వశ్చన్ పేపర్ తో ఇచ్చిన గైడ్లైన్స్ ప్రకారం బేస్ లైన్ అస్సెస్మెంట్ టెస్ట్ (only reading test) నిర్వహించి ఇవ్వబడిన లింక్ https://schooledu.ap.gov.in/SIMSSERVICES21/. ద్వారా విద్యార్థుల యొక్క లెవెల్స్ ను తేది. 18/3/2021 రాత్రి 8:00 గం. లోపు తప్పనిసరిగా అప్లోడ్ చేయవలయును. దానితోపాటు విద్యార్థుల వివిధ లెవెల్స్ తో కూడిన ఒక కాపీ మరియు కన్సలిడేషన్ కాపీ కూడా పాఠశాలలో జాగ్రత్తగా రికార్డు మెయింటైన్ చెయ్యాలి. డైట్ ప్రిన్సిపాల్, ఉప విద్యాశాఖాధికారులు మరియు మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారులు తగు చర్యలు తీసుకొని పర్యవేక్షణ చేయవలయును
The attention of all the District Educational Officers & Additional Project
Coordinators in the State are hereby informed that the “We Love Reading” campaign
is being implementing in the State to promote Foundational Reading Skills among the
Students of Classes- III-IX
Further informed that to examine the reading skills of Students, a baseline
assessment for all Students of Classes III – VIII is proposed to be conducted. Assessments
for Students of Class IX were already conducted. Therefore, all the District Educational
Officers & Additional Project Coordinators in the State are hereby requested to issue
necessary instructions to all the Head Masters/ Principals of all Schools under their control to
conduct class room assessment for all Students of Classes III-VIII so as to examine the
reading skills of Students in the State. The details are as follows: –
• The Head Master shall take one copy of assessment tool and data capturing formats
in printed form for each class. Data capturing formats are available in the given
website
• The Head Master/ any nominated Teacher conduct the assessment of all Students of
Class III-VIII of respective Schools.
• The respective Class Teacher shall prepare the Student Assessment data sheet
attached and thereafter fill up the same in consolidated school report card.
• The captured class wise/ student wise assessment data shall be uploaded in the
online platform by using school login at
https://schooledu.ap.gov.in/SIMSSERVICES21/.
• Visit the website login by entering school username and password, select
services> select Baseline marks entry > enter child ID and start entering
student assessment levels.
• Necessary records of class wise/ student wise assessments shall be properly
maintained.
