I invite your personal attention to the above Subject. I inform that it is decided by the Government to implement HCM Module in the following Department from the alary of May 2021 payable on 01-06-2021.
All the DDOs in the above departments have to confirm payroll data of the employees in the screen to be opened w.e.f. 04-05-2021 in DDO REQ login of HRMS. Departmental service rules also need to be uploaded in the given tool(www.ap finance.apcfss.in). Hence, I request you to issue instructions to all the DDOS under your control to confirm payroll data of all the employees under the control of each DDO by 17-05-2021 positively. I also request you to kindly share telephone numbers of all the DDOS of your Dept. by 04-05-2021 to mail id “hemservicerules@gmail.com” for creating a group for two way communication between APCFSS (HCM) team and the DDOS. I solicit your Cooperation in the matter.
