The District Educational Ofcer, Krishna District is informed that, the
Govt.. of Andhra Pradesh has decided to conduct the Teachers Day
Celebrations on 5th September,2021 at A Plus Convention center,
Municpal Employees Colony, Moghalraja Puram, Vijayawada,
Krishna District at 10.30 am
Further, the District Educational Ofcer, Krishna District is requested
to make necessary arrangements on the following items:Further, she is requested to arrange the following arrangements:
1. Address to the Commissioner of Police, Vijayawada with a request to
make necessary POLICE BUNDOBUST and TRAFFIC arrangements at
the venue point.
2. Address to the Commissioner of Municipal Corporation, Vijayawada
with a request to make necessary arrangements to arrange the
surroundings to venue point with keep clean and neat and also to
arrange water facility.
3. Address the Executive Engineer (Electricity), Krishna District with a
request to arrange continuously power supply without any
interruption on 04.09.2021 and 05.09.2021.
4. Arrange one reception point at nearby school to venue point for
conducting meeting with the selected Best Teacher Awardees for
giving instructions to them.
5. Arrange cultural programmes with the girl’s students of 9 & 10
classes with traditional dress on 05.09.2021, Singing songs –
classical, dances patriotic songs etc., under the training of Music and
Dance teachers.
6. Book 02 rooms in nearby the venue at any Government Guest house
for providing accommodation for staf of the Ofce of the Director of
School Education. A.P on 04.09.2021 & 05.09.2021.
Therefore, the District Educational Ofcer, Krishna District is requested
to take immediate action in the above matter and make arrangements on
the above items by involving necessary staf to the above programme and
to conduct the programme smoothly.
