willing Private Aided Schools including private Minority Schools by the

6. Webex meeting held on 29.09.2021 with all District Educational Officers
and Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the state by the
Director of School Education., A.P., Ibrahimpatnam
The Attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District
Educational Officers in the state is invited to references read above and they are
informed that in connection with WP No.21147 of 2021, the Director of School
Education, A.P., has appeared before the Hon’ble High Court on 29.09.2021 and
submitted to the Hon’ble High Court that the School Education department is not
bringing any kind of pressure in whatever manner on the private aided managements
for giving their willingness to surrender their grant in aid to government.
2. In compliance to the undertaking given by Director of School Education to
the Hon’ble AP High Court, he held a webex meeting immediately on 29.09.2021 at
3.30 P.M with all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District
Education Officers and directed them to not to put any kind of pressure on any
private aided management that has not given their willingness to surrender the grant
in aid to government with assets or without assets. He further directed that no
pressure shall be put in in any manner either in writing or verbally or through any
other media for obtaining the willingness of the managements.
3. While reiterating the instructions herewith, it is informed that any such
instances of pressure in whatever manner, if reported by any management will be
viewed seriously and action will be initiated against such officers.
4. As on 29-9-2021, District Education Officers have informed that ( 572)
managements have not given their willingness and (1,374) managements have given
their willingness.
5. If any management out of those (572) managements voluntarily approaches
the District Educational Officer to give their willingness, the District Educational
Officer may forward the same to the Director of School Education or may advise the
management to send the proposal to the Director of School Education directly .
