posts available in the Agency area with Local ST teachers keeping in view
of G.O.Ms.No.3,Social Welfare (TW.SER.I)Dept., dated:10.01.2000 –

Officer, Vizianagaram.
2. Lr.Rc.No.4751/A1(A2)/2021, dated:14.10.2021, of the District
Educational Officer, Visakhapatnam.
The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state is invited
to the references read above, wherein it was requested to issue necessary
clarification with regard to the filling up vacant posts available in the scheduled
area by way of recruitment/promotions keeping in view of the Judgment of the
Hon’ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.3609 & 7040 of 2002, for forth coming
promotion exercise in the Scheduled Areas districts.
After careful examination, the District Educational officers in the State
are hereby instructed to follow the instructions of Govt
Memo.No.1265257/TW.Edn.1/2020, Social Welfare(TW.Edn.1)Department,
dated:18-04-2021 and instructions of the Director of Tribal Welfare Department
vide letter dated 22-06-2021 i.e., duly following the Hon’ble Supreme
Court judgment dated 22-04-2020 in Civil appeal No.3609/2002 and 7040/2002
for taking up of promotions upto the cadre of Headmaster Grade-II within the
parent management in the Scheduled Area as per the schedule/ instructions
issued by this Office dated 14-10-2021.
