RTE Act,2009-clarification sought on engaging while despite the RTE
amendment in 2017 for facilitating D.EI.Ed.training for untrained
teachers – Certain Information – Called for

While enclosing herewith a copy of the reference read above, all the
Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational
Officers in the State are instructed furnish the details of teachers working under
their respective jurisdiction without having minimum qualification mandated
under RTE Act, 2009 and the reasons for engaging untrained teachers in the
schools despite the RTE amendment in 2017 for facilitating D.El.Ed training for
such untrained teachers immediately for onward submission to the
Government.
