Order:
The Government has permitted the Director, Mid Day Meal and
School Sanitation for providing of Food Grains and given Chikkies to the
worth of Cooking Cost to students of 1st to 10th class for August-2021
fortnight period.
Further, all the District Educational Offers are requested to issue
the instructions to field level functionaries and also to the suppliers to
supply the following quantity of Chikkies as Dry Ration from 01.08.2021 to
15.08.2021 for 11 working Days
1 Food grains for Primary Student @ 100 gms per Day 1.100 Kg
2 Food grains for Upper Primary and High School Student @
150 gms per Day
1.650 Kg3 No.of Chikkies to the worth of Cooking Cost 13
Further, they are directed to issue instructions to feld level
functionaries to maintain the relevant Records, Registers, Inspection
details and App entries.
