The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the
references read above, and they are informed that consequent on the receipt of
necessary particulars of seniority confirmation and vacancy position of the aided staff
in accordance with the policy for takeover of Private Aided Schools in the prescribed
proforma by this office, it has been decided to complete the process of absorption of
the aided staff through web based counseling in a transparent manner with the
technical support of APCFSS.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the state are hereby permitted
to conduct the web based counselling for absorption of the aided staff as per the
following schedule:
1. Display of signed PDF seniority and vacancies : 08.03.2022
2. Web options : from 09.03.2022 to
11.03.20223. Allotment of places and issue of posting orders : : 15.03.2022
In view of the above, all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested
to take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
