About Nadu Nedu:
The government of Andhra Pradesh views the school as a holy site and wants to make it known to children as a true learning center. Through the implementation of the Mana Badi – Nadu Nedu Program, the government intends to improve learning outcomes and reduce the number of students who drop out of school in all schools. The Public authority needs to foster the school framework in the state in an efficient way to arrive at the necessary norms by including the guardians who are the key partners.
In the mission mode, Mana Badi – Nadu Nedu aims to gradually strengthen and transform the schools’ existing infrastructure over a three-year period beginning in 2019-20. The following nine infrastructure components have been implemented as part of the Mana Badi – Nadu Nedu program: I) Latrines with running water (ii) ) Drinking water supply (iii) Major and minor fixes (iv) Jolt with fans and cylinder lights (v) Furniture for understudies and staff (vi) Green blackboards (vii) Painting to schools (viii) English labs and (ix) Compound walls.
The project encompasses 44,512 schools, including residential schools, that are managed by all managements, namely, The Departments of School Education, Panchayat Raj, Municipal Administration, Social Welfare, BC Welfare, Tribal Welfare, Minority Welfare, and Juvenile Welfare, in addition to the Fisheries Department, are all included. Through the Panchayat Raj Engineering Department, the AP Samagra Shiksha Society, the APEWIDC, the Municipal & Public Health Engineering Department, and the Tribal welfare Engineering Department, 15715 schools have been added to Phase I.
