GO MS 117 ప్రకారం గా ప్రస్తుతం జరుగుచున్న టీచర్ల Reapportionment లో భాగం గా పోస్ట్ కన్వర్షన్ కొరకు అవకాశం ఇవ్వటం జరిగింది . దీని కోసం కన్వర్షన్ కి విల్లింగ్ ఉన్న ఉపాధ్యాయులు ఈ కింది అప్లికేషన్ పూర్తి చేసి తగు సర్టిఫికెట్స్ జత చేసి వారి DDO ద్వారా ద్రువీకరించి DEO ఆఫీస్ లో అందజేయవలెను.
Stage II: Allocation of posts (Conversion / Upgradation):
I. To identify the surplus subject posts and to obtain the willingness from the eligible subject teachers who are willing to convert for another needy subject to the extent of surplus in the particular category of post.
Example: In 50 posts of SA(PS) are found surplus and if 40 posts of SA(Maths) are needed. Then, the conversion should be allowed to the extent of 40 posts only subject to the eligibility and seniority among the said category SA(PS).
II. Accordingly, conversion process will be taken in remaining subjects including LFL Headmasters also as per rules.
III. Seniority will be protected if they are willing for conversion
