The attention of the all District Educational Officers Regional Joint
Directors of School Education in the state is invited to the references read
above and they are informed that most of the aided schools were not
provided the minimum facilities like classrooms, furniture, library,
laboratories, drinking water and sanitation etc., which were essential as
per RTE Act 2009.
In this regard, all the District Educational Officers and Regional Joint
Directors of School Education in the state are requested to constitute the
committee with the concerned MEO and two Gr.II HMs in his/her mandal
for verification of minimum facilities provided by the private aided
managements and give instructions to the committee to visit the aided
schools and to fill up the check list (as annexed) and submit the same to
the District Educational Offeror Regional Joint Directors of School
Education concerned for taking necessary action in the matter.
Hence, all the District Educational Officers and Regional Joint
Directors of School Education in the state are requested to take necessary
action in the matter as per rules and furnish action taken report to this office immediately.
