secondary Grade Teachers on contract basis with Minimum of Time
Scale (MTS) on par with 2008 candidates – Certain instructions –

All the DEOs are requested to prepare a schedule for verification of certificates to the qualified DSC 1998 candidates. The day wise schedule should be prepared depending upon the total number of candidates and the number of verification teams to be constituted accordingly. For example, if there are 100 candidates they should be spread over 9 days i.e., approximately 10 candidates per day. verification list as per the number of candidates .The schedule for verification is from 6/10/22 to 14/10/22. A press note to this effect shall be given for wide publicity duly covering the details of venue and time so as to ensure that the candidates attend for verification along with their original records/certificates. The DEOs are also requested to plan the venue and no. of verification teams based on the total number of candidates allotted.
Further it is instructed to all the DEOs in the State to constitute a committee, well versed with the subject (especially in the recruitment) to complete the verification process. The staff of this office will also visit the DEO offices concerned to monitor the verification process
The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State are
invited to the reference read above and are informed that the Government
have accorded permission to call for expression of interest from the
qualified DSC-1998 eligible candidates for willingness to work as teachers
in Government schools on Minimum of Time Scale (MTS) basis.
As per the above instructions, willingness has been called for, from
the qualified DSC-1998 candidates through a web service. Accordingly,
candidates submitted their willingness and these applications need to be
scrutinized.
It is decided to provide option to the willing candidates for uploading
their certificates in the (https://sims.ap.gov.in/DSCSIMS/) web-portal. The
District Educational Offers concerned shall verify the relevant certificates
(as listed below) uploaded by the candidates with respect to their original
certificates.
1) Date of Birth
2) Academic (SSC/INTER/DEGREE).
3) Professional (D.Ed/B.Ed/ any other equivalent)
4) Any experience certificate.
5) Community certificate
6) Aadhar certificate
Therefore, the District Educational Officers in the State are
instructed to disseminate the said instructions through all channels and
give vide publicity immediately for uploading the certificates in the web
portal from 26/09/2022 to 02/10/2022 by the eligible candidates, who
gave their willingness (list enclosed).
Further schedule for the verification of original certificates with
uploaded certificates by the District Educational Officers and confirming
the same online is from 06/10/2022 to 14/10/2022 .
