While enclosing herewith the copies of the references
read above, all the District Educational Officers in the State
are hereby requested to furnish the financial implications
with reference to the RPS 2022 regarding sanction Notional
increments to the Special Teachers/ Special LPs/ PETs who
were appointed on fixed pay of Rs.398/- per month during the
period from 1983 to 1996 in respect of Municipal Teachers,
for the purpose of pension only, on par with School Education
Dept. for onward submission of the same to Government for
issue of further orders in the matter.
