In continuation to the instructions issued in ref 1st to 6th cited, all
Regional Joint Director of School Education & District Educational Officers
in the State is requested to go through the Orders (interim/final) of the
Hon’ble High Court of A.P on each W.P and take necessary action strictly
as per the orders of the Hon’ble High Court of A.P to avoid further legal
complications in the matter. The details of court cases from 12.12.2022 to
23.12.2022 are noted below.
