Sub:- Formative Assessment 4 – Timetable for the academic year 2023-24 – communication – reg.
The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors and District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the second reference cited above, which contains orders to conduct Formative Assessment-4 from February 9th to 14th, 2023, and the third reference, which outlines the pre-final examination schedule from March 9th to 18th, 2023. As a result, a detailed timetable has been issued for Formative Assessment 4 for classes 1 to 9 and the pre-final examination for class 10.”It is aware that, as per the instructions issued in reference 2 and 4, the question papers will be sent in online mode.
Therefore, all the RIDSES and DEOs are requested to ensure that the Formative Assessment 4 and pre final examinations is to be completed within the time frame suggested and to make 100% of the student marks are entered into the School Education Portal within the time frame specified.
