Attention of all the District Educational Ofcers in the State are
invited to the reference 5th read above, wherein certain instructions have
been issued in W.P.No. 24222/2021 by the Hon’ble High Court of A.P.,
dated: 27.04.2023 and the Hon’ble High Court of A.P., has given one week
time for submission of the complete information regarding payment of the
salaries of the Awardee teachers who got the National and State Awards
worked after their superannuation.
In this connection, in the reference 4th read above instructions have
been issued regarding the payments of remuneration to the teachers /
Head Masters who are continuing in the School Education Department
beyond 60 years as per G.O.Ms.No. 101, School Education (General)
Department, dated: 31.12.2018 shall be treated as retired and, the
salaries for the diferential period, shall be worked out as per the policy of
employees engaged after retirement on attaining the age of
superannuation of (60) years as per the Govt Memo 3rd cited.
As such, all the District Educational Ofcers in the State are
requested to submit the action taken report with complete details on the
above matter in the prescribed proforma by 29.04.2023 without fail to the
undersigned, for onward submission to the Hon’ble High Court of A.P.,
