We are all aware that the Government of Andhra Pradesh has initiated a number of development initiatives in the School Education Department with the intention of enhancing infrastructure as a whole and providing children attending government schools with the best facilities. Only with the active participation of stakeholders will any government initiative be successful; the pareants in this instance.
According to the government orders cited in the first paragraph, subclause (5), all Head Masters, MEOs, and DEOs are informed that the School Management Committee must meet at least once every two months throughout the academic year. Around the beginning of the academic year, the initial meeting will take place. On June 12, 2023, the state’s schools reopened, and the government has already launched a number of prestigious programs, including Jagananna Vidya Kanuka and Jagananna Animutyalu, as well as the installation of IFPs and Smart TVs, among other things. The Ammavodi program will now be launched on June 28 as the Government has decided. As a result, now is the ideal time to hold a Parents Committee meeting, discuss all school-sponsored developmental activities, and plan for improved teaching and learning outcomes this year.
In light of the Ammavodi Program’s scheduled launch on June 28, 2023, the following instructions have been issued to hold meetings of the Parent Commiittee on June 26 or 27 to discuss the following topics with full participation from all parties involved.

Role of the Head Master:
- The Head Master of the concerned school should take initiation in conducting the parent committee meeting on the dates 26.06.2023 or 27.06.2023 by informing all the Stakeholders well in advance requesting them to attend the meeting and ensure that all the stakeholders to attend to the parent committee meeting without fail.
- The Head Master should make an arrangement for display of the video massage of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh in the committee meeting.
- The Head Master should readout the Hon’ble Chief Ministers Message and Pamphlet about the developmental activities taken up by the Government in the committee meeting for well awareness of the programmes among the stakeholders. The Pamphlet will be printed and supplied by the state.
- All the Head masters are requested to conduct Parent Committee meeting duly following the above instructions in a festive manner on 26.06.2023 or 27.06.2023 and record minutes of the meeting/resolutions and submit to the respective Mandal Educational Ofcers.

ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలు, కళాశాలలో పదో తరగతి, ఇంటర్మీడియెట్, డిగ్రీ చదివి అత్యుత్తమ మార్కులు సాధించిన ఎందరో మాణిక్యాలను ‘జగనన్న ఆణిముత్యాలు’ గా గౌరవ ముఖ్యమంత్రివర్యులు శ్రీ వై. యస్. జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డి గారు ఘనంగా సత్కరించిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. రాష్ట్ర స్థాయిలోనే కాకుండా నియోజక వర్గ, జిల్లా స్థాయిల్లో అత్యుత్తమ మార్కులతో మెరిసిన విద్యార్థులను కూడా ఘనంగా సత్కరించింది ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం, దీని ఉద్దేశం ఒక్కటే… విద్యార్థులు మరింత పోటాపోటీగా చదివి అత్యున్నత శిఖరాలు అధిరోహించాలన్నదే లక్ష్యం. ప్రపంచమంతా ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ వైపు తలెత్తి చూసేలా ప్రభుత్వం ఎన్నో పథకాలు అమలు చేస్తూ విద్యకు పెద్ద పీట వేస్తున్నది.
