The attention of the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state are invited to the ref 3rd cited and it is informed that instructions were issued to depute the School Heads to attend the Regional level Residential Training programme on Leadership from 18.07.2023 to 23.07.2023 and the said training for the first batch was being conducted now.
Further the remaining 3 batches (residential trainings) at the same venue will be continued (unless any changes which will be informed) up to last week of August 2023 for completion of the secondary School Heads (6712). The remaining School Heads of upper primary and primary residential training will be conducted after completion of secondary level training. It is further informed that the second batch of trainings will be held from 25.07.2023 to 30.07.2023
Further it is informed that to depute concerned AMOs to the venues for look after the venue arrangements during the training programme and also directed to depute one data entry operator to record the attendance and other minutes of the programme.
2nd batch Residential Training for School Heads of Secondary schools starts from 25-07-2023 to 30-07-2023
The RJDSEs, DEOs, APCs and training in-charges shall follow the instructions issued in the ref 1st cited.
Therefore, the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the concerned DEOs in the state shall identify and depute the School Heads and Master Facilitators of concerned secondary schools to concerned residential venue and share the list of participant details to this state ofce on or before
22-07-2023 without fail.
It is further informed that the Master Facilitators may be replaced based on the necessity
