The attention of the District Educational Ofcers & DIET Principals in the State are invited to the reference cited and it is informed that CIETNCERT is organizing an online training series on ‘NEP 2020: Recommendations on ET & ICT’ every second week of the month from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday to orient the stakeholder of school education on the recommendations of NEP 2020 in leveraging digital technology. As a part of series for the month of August, CIET-NCERT is organizing fve hours online training on ‘Leveraging Digital Technology for School and Teacher Education’ from 7th August, 2023 till 11th August, 2023 from 4.00 pm – 5.00 pm (Training Schedule attached). The sessions will shed light on major digital initiatives for School and Teacher Education in India to tap the understanding regarding the necessity, significance, advancement, and utilization of digital technology in education. This training will harness the knowledge and perspectives of various stakeholders involved in school education, including teachers, students, teacher educators, administrators, and other individuals

Further it is informed that the online training will be live telecasted on NCERT ofcial YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/@NCERTOFFICIAL and also be simulcast through PM eVidya DTH TV channels numbered #6-12 and Jio TV mobile app. A post session quiz will be conducted and the participants scoring 70% and above will be certifed (Certifcate will be issued within one
month of the training).
Therefore the District Educational Officers & DIET Principals in the State are instructed to disseminate the above information to various stakeholders involved in school education, including teachers, students, teacher educators, administrators, and other individuals to participate in the training.

Participate in the post session quiz, score 70% & above to get a certificate.
