August 20 రోల్ ప్రకారం వర్క్ అడ్జస్ట్మెంట్ ఈ విధం గా పూర్తి చేయండి . ఉత్తర్వులు విడుదల

 టీచర్ల  సర్దు బాటు  పూర్తి చేయాలి – CSE ఉత్తర్వులు

👉 August 20 నాటి రోలు ఆధారంగా Govt/Mpp/Zp/Mpl schools &HS plus లలో G.O No 117 & 128 & 60 ప్రకారము టీచర్ల సర్దుబాటు ఉమ్మడి  జిల్లా స్ధాయిలో జరగాలని CSE Rc no 13 తేదీ 13.8.2023  తో ఆదేశాలు జారీ  చేశారు.

The priority on adjustment of teachers shall be as follows:

i. Within School Complex.
ii. Within mandal.
iii. Adjacent mandal.
iv. Within the division.
v. Adjacent division.
vi. Intra Management.

👉 స్కూల్ కాంప్లెక్స్,  అదే మండలము, ప్రక్కమండలము, అదేడివిజన్, ప్రక్కడివిజన్, మేనేజ్మెంట్ల మధ్య  అనే ప్రాధాన్యతతో ఈ సర్దు బాటు జరగాలి

👉Surplus SGT లను Primary to Primary

👉Surplus School Assts Or Surplus Subject experts  SGTs ను UP/HS/HS లలోకి Depute చేయవచ్చును

👉MPL Schools లో Needy Schools లో సర్దుబాటు చేయటానికి సరిపోనింతమంది Mpl టీచర్లు లభ్యం కాక పోతే Govt/Zp/Mpl టీచర్లను పైన చెప్పిన ప్రాధాన్యతలో  సర్దుబాటు చేయవచ్చును

👉Work adjustment పూర్తయిన తర్వాత ఏ High School /High school Plus లలో Subject Teachers కొరత ఉండరాదు

 👉ఏ FS, FS+, PreHS,HS,HS plusలలో నైనా  సబ్జక్టు టీచర్ల కొరత ఉందని News papers లో Adverse Report వచ్చినా సంబధిథ జిల్లా DEO లే బాధ్యత వహించాలి

👉 ఉమ్మడి జిల్లా కలక్టరు ఛైర్మన్ గా, క్రొత్త జిల్లాల కలక్టర్లు కోఛైర్మన్ లుగా ఉమ్మడి జిల్లా DEO కన్వీనర్ గా  క్రొత్త జిల్లాల DEO లు సభ్యులుగా ఉన్న కమిటీ ఈ  టీచర్ల పని సర్దుబాటు కసరత్తు పూర్తి చేయాలి.

Further it is informed that, while drafting surplus teachers to the needy schools the following guidelines should be followed.

a. First preference to the schools where no Subject teacher or SGT available.

b. Don’t depute upland area/ agency area surplus teachers to plain areas.

c. If any surplus teacher working in plain area given willingness to work in upland area/ agency area, his/her request should be considered based on the need.

d. If there are no surplus teachers in Municipal Schools, then identifying the surplus Teachers in Government/ ZPP/MPP Management shall be adjusted them into the needy Municipal schools preferably within Mandal or adjacent Mandals and vice-versa.

e. Subject teachers shall be available in all High School plus and High Schools after completion of work adjustment exercise.

Further, all the District Educational Ofcers in the state (erstwhile) are requested to submit the details of teachers adjusted as per the above exercise in the following proforma on or before 18.08.2023 to this office
