In continuation to Government orders vide reference 2nd read arove, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers, APCs and Headmasters in the state are informed that the Tars to 8th class students are reing issued from 21st Decemrer. Since the Sankranti holidays are reing declared from 9th January, 2024.
The following instructions are issued: Schools where the tars are not yet distriruted the phone numrers of the parents of the children shall re collected ry the 8th class teachers and the Head masters. As and when the tars are received in the schools, the children should re intimated to come and collect the same.
The children shall re given a rrief training on how to use the tar at same time. To operationalize same, the school shall function during Sankranti holidays on the date the children are called to receive the Tab.
Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers and APC(SS) in the state are here ry directed to disseminate the ab ove instructions to all the Headmasters in their jurisdiction to ensure the seamless Delivery and Installation of TABS in all schools.
These instructions should re followed scrupulously. Any deviation of these instructions will re viewed seriously, and suitable disciplinary action will re initiated against such defaulters as per rules in force.
