టీచర్లు ఏం చేస్తున్నారు ?

అమరావతి,: పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖలో ఉపాధ్యాయులు బోధన, బోధనేతర వ్యవహారాల్లో ఏ విధంగా పాల్గొంటున్నారు. ఎంత సమయం వెచ్చిస్తు న్నారనే అంశాలపై సర్వే నిర్వహిస్తున్నారు. కేంద్ర విద్యాశాఖ విభాగమైన డిపార్టమెంట్ ఆఫ్ స్కూల్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ అండ్ లిటరసీ ఇచ్చిన ఆదేశాల మేరకు రాష్ట్రంలో ‘నేషనల్ అచీవ్మెంట్ సర్వే’ను చేపడుతు న్నారు. సర్వేలో భాగంగా ఉపాధ్యాయులు, పాఠశా లల హెడ్ మాస్టర్లు, ప్రిన్సిపాళ్లు, స్కూల్ ఇన్చార్జులకు వేర్వేరుగా రెండు ఫారాలు సిద్ధం చేశారు. వీటిలో సిబ్బంది విద్యార్హతల నుంచి పూర్తి వివరాలు సేకరించ డంతోపాటు, వారు రోజువారీ కార్యక్రమాల్లో పాల్గొం టున్న వివరాలను నమోదు చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. కేం ద్రప్రభుత్వం నూతన జాతీయ విద్యావిధానాన్ని అమ లు చేయడంతోపాటు, జాతీయ స్థాయిలో పాఠశాల వి ద్యాశాఖకు సంబంధించి అనేక కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహిస్తోంది. అలాగే బోధనా సిబ్బందికి శిక్షణ కార్యక్రమాలు చేపడుతోంది. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో తాజా సర్వే ద్వారా మరిన్ని సంస్కరణలు తీసుకురావాలని భావిస్తోంది.
అన్ని వివరాలతో సమగ్రంగా..
రాష్ట్రంలో ఉపాధ్యాయులు, ప్రిన్సిపాళ్ల వివరా లను సమగ్రంగా సర్వే ద్వారా సేకరించనున్నారు. ఆన్ లైన్లో సర్వే కోసం రెండు గూగుల్ ఫామ్స్ ఏర్పాటు చేశారు. వీటిలో ఉపాధ్యాయుల క్వాలిఫికేషన్లు, ప్రాం తం, బోధనానుభవం తదితర వివరాలతోపాటు, విద్యాసంవత్సరంలో పని దినాల సంఖ్య. తరగతి గది బోధన, మధ్యాహ్న భోజన నిర్వహణ తదితర అంశా క లపైనా వివరాలు నమోదు చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. అలాగే తరగతి గదుల్లో ఏవైనా ఇబ్బందులుంటే వాటినీ తెలపాల్సి ఉంటుంది. వీటితోపాటుగా కల్చరల్ – ప్రోగ్రామ్స్, గేమ్స్, ఆర్ట్ అండ్ క్రాఫ్ట్ మ్యూజిక్, డాన్స్, లైబ్రరీ, యోగా, మెడిటేషన్ వంటి కార్యక్రమాల్లో పాల్గొంటున్న సమయం తదితరాలను పేర్కొనాలి.
బోధనాటంకాలపై దృష్టి..
పాఠశాల విద్యలో ఉపాధ్యాయులకు రోజువారీ బోధనలో ఎదురవుతున్న ఆటంకాలను తొలగించి, ఎక్కువ సమయం అకడమిక్ వ్యవహారాలకు కేటాయించేలా చూడటం ఈ సర్వే ఉద్దేశం. రైట్ టు ఎడ్యుకేషన్ చట్టం ప్రకారం విద్యార్థులకు సంపూర్ణ బోధన అందించాల్సిన బాధ్యత ఉపాధ్యాయులదే. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో ఉపాధ్యాయుల వివరాలు సేకరించడం ద్వారా ఖాళీల భర్తీ, బోధనేతర పనులకు ఇతర సిబ్బందిని కేటాయించడం వంటి అంశాలపై కేంద్రం పలు సూచనలు చేయనుంది. అలాగే ఉపాధ్యాయులకు బోధనాంశాలపై మరిన్ని శిక్షణ కార్యక్రమాలను జాతీయ స్థాయిలో నిర్వహించేందుకు ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేయనుంది.
ప్రిన్సిపాళ్లు నింపాల్సిన ఫాంలో ఉపాధ్యాయులకు ఇస్తున్న సెలవులు, ప్రభుత్వ కార్యక్రమాలు, ఇతర సమస్యలు నమోదు చేయాలి.

A copy of the Government Memo together with its enclosures
received through reference read above is herewith sent to all the Regional
Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Offers in
the State, wherein Government have informed that the Deputy Secretary
to GoI, DoSEL, MoE has requested to ensure that the Form I is filled by the
School Head / Principal and Form II is felled by at least 1% of teachers,
including Primary, Upper Primary, Secondary and Senior Secondary
Teachers in State and these questionnaires are to be filled directly online
and filling of all Google survey forms to be completed latest by 15th
February, 2022.
Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the
District Educational Officers in the State are requested to issue necessary
instructions to the fled functionaries and submit report immediately.

The status of filling up of Google Survey Forms (Form 1 & 2) for ‘non-teaching activities’ as on 18Feb@11:30 is attached herewith for necessary action for filling the forms follow the below instructions
1.Form 1 shall be filled by the School Headmaster/Principal. The maximum no of responses for the Form – 1 is 30 from each district by covering in different mandals.
2. Form 2 shall be filled by the School teacher. The maximum no of responses for the Form – 2 is 6 for each mandal by covering primary, upper primary, secondary, senior secondary / Junior college.
