Sub:- School Education Department- Absorption of the aided staff reported to the
Government as per the policy for takeover of willing Private Aided Schools –
Certain instructions – issued.

In continuation to the instructions issued by this office, all the Regional Joint
Directors of School Education and District Education Officers in the state are
informed that the following criteria may be followed with regard to the
absorption/allotment of Headmasters/Teachers/Non-teaching of Aided Schools (who
are willingly handed over to the Government into the Govt.,/ZPP/MPP Municipal
managements.

(I) Headmasters of Aided High Schools:-

a. In the first instance, they may be posted in the existing sanctioned and vacant
Headmaster posts in the Aided High Schools which are surrendered along
with assets. 

b. In the second instance, they may be allotted/absorbed in the
Govt./ZP/Municipal managements in the available sanctioned and vacant
posts including left over vacancies except where court cases exists.

(II) School Assistants:-

a. In the first instance, they may be absorbed /posted in the existing sanctioned
and vacant School Assistant posts in the Aided High Schools which are
surrendered along with assets as per need i.e., basing on the Teacher, pupil
ratio (keeping in view of NEP).

b. In the Second instance, they may be allotted/absorbed in the
Govt./ZP/Municipal managements in the available sanctioned and vacant
posts in the Direct Recruitment quota (30%) as per need i.e., basing on the
Teacher, pupil ratio (keeping in view of NEP)

c. The vacancies arisen on or after 01-11-2020 may be taken in to consideration
including needy blocked vacancies where aided school children joined, as
many of the Aided school children have joined in the Govt.,/ZPP/MPP
Municipal management schools in urban areas.

(III) SGTs:-

a. In the first instance, they may be absorbed /posted in the existing sanctioned
and vacant SGT posts in the Aided Schools which are surrendered along with
assets as per need i.e., basing on the Teacher, pupil ratio (keeping in view of
NEP).

b. In the Second instance, they may be allotted/absorbed in the
Govt./ZP/Municipal managements in the available sanctioned and vacant
posts as per need i.e., basing on the Teacher, pupil ratio (keeping in view of
NEP) except court cases vacancies.

(IV) Non-Teaching staff:-

a. In the first instance, they may be absorbed /posted in the existing sanctioned
and vacant posts in the Aided Schools which are surrendered along with
assets as per need.

b. In the Second instance, they may be allotted/ absorbed in the Unit of the
District Educational Officer of the respective district as per need in the
sanctioned vacant posts. i.e., the existing vacancies in the O/o DEOs, DyEOs,
DIET, Govt Schools etc under the control of the DEO of respective districts. 

In this regard, all the District Educational officers in the state are requested to
identify the vacancies limited to the no of Aided teaching and Non teaching staff
reported category wise and submit the vacancies to this office on or before
07.02.2022, so as to complete the absorption exercise.
