point person by Head Master through virtual mode on 07/03/2023 by
the Principals of 13 Govt. DIETs -Reg 

Ref: Procs. Rc. No.242/IFC/APSACS/2019-20 of the Project Director,
APSACS dated: 11/11/2022 

All the Principals of Govt. DIETs / District Educational ofcers in the
State are informed that district level Adolescent Education Programme is
scheduled to be conducted on 07/03/2023 in 1070 schools covering all the
26 districts in the State. Each district contains, ZP schools & Govt. Aided
schools. The Faculty of SCERT leads 2 districts, each DIET lecturer leads
each District @ 13 SCERT Faculty & 26 DIET faculties will train 1070 Head
Masters or point person nominated by Head Master through virtual mode.

The list of the schools is attached to these proceedings. The
undermentioned SCERT Faculty leads the District Level Programme, which
is conducted by Principals of all Govt. DIETS in the State. The venue of the
programme will be decided by DIET Principals.

For SCERT faculty, who participates in the virtual training will be paid
Rs. 500 @ each District. The total amount is Rs. 13,000 for SCERT faculty.
The Honorarium for SCERT Faculty will be paid by the concerned Principal,
DIET only. The AEP programme will be conducted in virtual mode in all 13
Govt. DIETs to 1070 Head Masters or a point person deputed by Head
Masters.

The budget will be sanctioned and credited from the Director, SCERT,
Population Education Department account to the accounts of Principal,
DIETs only. 

The Documentation shall be submitted by the DIET Principals
only to The HOD, PEP, SCERT, AP through Whats app and hard copy shall
be submitted to Director, SCERT, AP
