student attendance by all Schools under all Managements everyday –
Release of version 1.2 – Certain instructions on usage of Student
Attendance APP – Student attendance will be calculated for the purpose of
75% of minimum mandatory attendance for eligibility under Ammavodi
w.e.f 8-11-2021- Orders issued.

Attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District
Educational officers in the State is invited to the references read above and they
are informed that in the reference 3rd read above,-3 necessary instructions issued
to them to issue instructions to the feld level functionaries (Dy.EOs,-3 MEOs,-3 etc.)
and File No.ESE02-30/87/2020-A&I -CSE-Part(3) ensure that,-3 all head
masters/principals and teachers of all schools under all managements i.e. State
Government,-3 Central Government,-3 Aided and Private Un-Aided schools shall
download and install the STUDENTS ATTENDANCE mobile application and capture
the student attendance everyday duly following the above steps. They shall also
be informed that the said attendance will be considered for 75% attendance
validation pertaining to JAGANANNA AMMAVODI proaramme and
this attendance will be calculated w.e.f 8-11-2021.
2. Therefore,-3 all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District
Educational officers in the State are once again requested to follow the above
instructions scrupulously and ensure all schools shall mark student’s attendance
in the app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.apcfss.apcse.school.hm&hl=en_IN&gl=US) from 08.11.2021 as prescribed
by the Government
3. Any deviation observed in the above instructions,-3 will be viewed seriously
and necessary action will be initiated against the schools as per the rules in force.
