The attention of the District Educational Officers, Srikakulam, West Godavari,
Krishna, Guntur, Prakasam, Nellore, Chittoor, Kurnool, YSR Kadapa and
Ananthapuramu are invited to the references cited and they are requested to
examine the orders of the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh in
WP.No.18403,16667, 16856, 16699,16751, 20451, 22557 and 22550 of 2020 filed by
Siddani Manikyala Rao, SA(Hindi),ZPHS, Kopella, Kalla (M), West Godavari
District & 7 others and also certain petitioners of various districts and
furnish a comprehensive report along with specific recommendations to this
office IMMEDIATELY to this office for onward submission to Government
and also to avoid further complications. But no received so far from the
District Educational Officers concerned except the District Educational
Officers, Visakhapatnam and Prakasam Districts
Further, the above cases shall be escalated to the level of ‘contempt of
court’, in which case responsibility shall be fixed on the concerned and
action shall be initiated against them under Rule – 20 of A.P.C.S (CC&A)
Rules, 1991, duly obtaining their written explanation as per the rules in
vogue and also requested to furnish action taken report to the undersigned.
Top priority should be given to this item of work.
