In the cited reference, the government has delegated powers to various secretaries of the school education department, i.e. District Education Officers, Deputy Educational Officers, Mandal Education Officers and Headmasters of High Schools/High Schools (PoUS) to draw Medical Advance. /Dr. YSR Arogyasree Health Care Trust A.P Reimbursement after examination.
Therefore, all the drawing and disbursing officers under the School Education Department of the State are requested to issue sanction orders on Medical Reimbursement Proposals after scrutiny report from Dr. YSR Arogyashri Health Care Trust A.P. in pursuance of the above mentioned G.O.
