Government of Andhra Pradesh has been developed English Medium New Textbooks
for Class – I to VI from the Academic Year 2020-21. In this regard SCERT, Andhra Pradesh
is decided to develop New Textbooks for Class – VII for next year.
In this context, all the District Educational Officers, Principals of DIETs / IASEs in
the State are here by informed that SCERT is going to conduct Class – VII New Text books
Development Workshops in a phased manner duly involving Editors and Writers. The
schedule of the workshops as shown below: 

Preparation and Finalization of syllabus Grids : 03-11-2020 to 08-11-2020 

Concept Mapping & Content Preparation 09-11-2020 to 15-11-2020

Preliminary Editing 16-11-2020 to 22-11-2020

Content Freezing 23-11-2020 to 29-11-2020

In this connection all the District Educational Officers and Principals of DIETs /
IASEs / CTE are requested to depute the Teachers / Writers, Editors and Subject experts to
the said workshops as per the schedule with instructions to attend at SCERT, AP, Anjaneya
Towers, Ibrahimpatnam, Vijayawada. List of Teachers / Writers, Editors and Subject experts
are here annexed.
TA, DA will be paid as per APTA norms.
