3. Representations of DSC-1998 candidates. . I
The attention of the District Educational Officers in the State (erstwhile districts) are invited to the references cited and informed that, this office vide memo 2nd cited already instructions were issued to dispose the representations of DSC-1998 candidates. As these candidates (30) were not in the list of 17,093 which was submitted by the District Educational Officers (Erstwhile) in the State.
In view of the position explained above, while enclosing a copy of the representations DSC-1998 candidates is hereby sent to the concerned District Educational Officers (Erstwhile) and instructed to dispose their representations by issuing speaking orders immediately as per the rules. Further, the District Educational Officers are hereby instructed to verify the above list, if any court cases were there then take immediate action to avoid father legal complications in the matter.
