It is informed that, the
Director, Social
Welfare Department has conducted a meeting at
11.00 AM on 31.08.2020 with all
concerned departments with regard
to Departmental
Training to Welfare and Education Assistants; Village/Ward Secretariats through
online
mode and check list
for online training
of WEAs & draft session
plan
was
communicated and School Education Department is scheduled
on 07.09.2020and the
details are as follows
Further,
the Director, Social Welfare Dept.,
has requested to furnish
the information
i.e,
names
of the resource
persons
who will deliver the topics, topic
wise PPT in Telugu,
pre- assessment questionnaire (10 questions) and post-assessment
questionnaire (15 questions) (multiple choice questions) in Telugu
for the
above subjects and also requested
to depute one
person to VSWS Dept., on the day of training
to monitor the programme.
In view of the above, while communicating
a copies
of the references cited,
the under mentioned District Educational Officers are requested to prepare the notes,
ppt, pre – assessment (10 questions) and post-assessment
questionnaire (15
questions) of 2 sets
(all in telugu)
with
regard
to Jagananna
Ammavodi Programme & Jagananna Gorumudda (MDM) scheme
for
the
purpose of
departmental training to Welfare and Education Assistants;
Village/Ward Secretariats through
online mode immediately to this office on or before
04.09.2020.
