The attention of the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to
the references 1st to 4th cited and hereby informed that, the Government have
appointed one officer and posted as Director, Mid Day Meal and School
Sanitation , School Education. Further, the subject matter relates to Mid Day Meals
and School Sanitation dealt under the control of Director, MDM & School
Sanitation. 

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are hereby
requested to entrust/transfer the files relating to School Sanitation (i.e, Sanitary
workers, Sanitary Napkins, etc. if any) to the control of Assistant Director-Mid Day
Meals (MDM) immediately for taking further necessary action in the matter.
