DEECET 2020 – TCS STAFF TO EXAMS CENTRES – INSTRUCTIONS

Sub:- DEECET-2020 – Conduct of Test on 23rd& 24thJune 2020 – Treating
the movement of TCS Staff one day before and after the date of Test and
movement of Candidates from their residence to Examination center as
Essential measure in view of COVID-19 norms – Necessary action / Measures
/instructions to the concerned – Requested .

The DEECET-2020 Entrance test is scheduled to be held on 23.06.2020 and
24.06.2020 in 21 centers in all over the State. (List enclosed)

In this regard, it is required to provide the following support for smooth
conduct of the above entrance test.

1. DEECET 2020 entrance examination is to be considered as an Essential
Activity.

2. The examination centers should be allowed to open and operate for all
activities related to preparation and conduct of Test to be held on 23rd&
24thJune 2020.

3. Hall Ticket of DEECET 2020 entrance Test is to be considered as equivalent
of curfew pass for movement for the purpose of Test to be held on 23rd&
24thJune 2020.

4. Movement of candidates from homes to examination centers and back may be
facilitated.

5. The support staff/observers of DEECET 2020 and Tata Consultancy Services
Staff (including on the day prior & the day after the examination) shall
be permitted to travel.

6. To provide necessary administrative facilitation and security for conduct
of the DEECET 2020 Test on 23rd& 24thJune 2020.

Hence, all the Collector and District Magistrates and Superintendents of
Police are requested to take necessary action and cooperate for smooth conduct
of Test.
